Martial Arts has been a huge part of my life ever since I was four years old. It has helped to shape me into the person I have become; a person that I am comfortable and confident being.
Amongst the many things I have learned over the years, I feel the most important thing I learned is discipline. Discipline to help push through the challenges and difficulties that life may throw at you.
