Summer Heat Throw Down Cheer Competition *PERFORMANCE ORDER AVAILABLE*

Competition Overview
🔹 Athletes will stay with their coach and teammates throughout the event.
🔹 Selected Parent Helpers/Adults will assist coaches.
🔹 Safety and organization are our top priorities!
📌 Event Flow for Athletes:
1️⃣ Check-in: Athletes arrive at the main entrance, located on the west side, with a parent for check-in.
2️⃣ Team Gathering: After check-in, athletes find their coach at their designated team cone in the holding area.
3️⃣ Warm-Up: Athletes warm up in the auxiliary gym (upstairs) under coach supervision
4️⃣ Performance: Teams transition to the Main Gym for their performance.
5️⃣ Awards & Celebration: After performing, athletes receive their participation medals as they exit the mat!
6️⃣ Final Awards: live awards at this one, after all teams in the session perform.
7️⃣ Dismissal: After their awards, coaches will lead teams to the mezzanine, for pick-up. Please send only one parent to pick up.
🙋♂️ For Parents & Supporters:
✅ After check-in, spectators should line up outside the Main Gym to enter the viewing area.
✅ After awards, only one parent should pick up their athlete to reduce congestion.
⏳ Please Arrive On Time!
Athletes should only be dropped off at their designated team time to maintain event scheduling.
Participant Requirements:
All participants are required to:
Wear their ACTIVSTARS team uniform for the event.
Have their team poms as well as WHITE tennis shoes/sneakers.
If you do not have a team uniform or poms, CLICK HERE to shop for yours!
Please order your uniform and poms by July 28th to ensure you receive it in time.
Don't forget orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive, so order early!

Important:
Athletes CANNOT be dropped off early! Please plan to check in at the time designated on the schedule for your location/team level in the drop-off area.
Cost:
💰 ONLINE On-Time Registration: $39/athlete
📅 The deadline to register online is Monday, August 10th
⚠️ Late-Day-Of Registration: $50/athlete
➕ Cross Competitors pay an additional $15 for the 2nd team (paid as an add-on, please select from registration options).
🛍️ All add-on merchandise must be ordered at the time of online registration, by Friday, August 7th
What to Bring:
🚫 DO NOT send athletes with jackets, bags, cell phones, personal items, or water bottles for this event. (Water will be available on-site.)
📣 Upon drop-off, athletes must be performance-ready with poms in hand to expedite the check-in process.
✅ Students must be equipped with:
Team uniform
White tennis shoes/sneakers
Poms
Spectator Rules of Conduct:
🚫 NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYMS!
There will be no concessions available.
⏰ Arrival: Please only arrive at the designated time.
🎟️ Spectator Fee: $6, available online at registration or at the door.
Tickets will be checked at the gym doors.
Paying spectators: Anyone 9 years and older
